We will, of course, refund any bottle that is corked, reduced, oxidised, has brett or any other fault.  If you have one of these, please email or call and we will be pleased to help.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your order.  You have to be over 18 to buy any of our products so we expect you to know your own mind; even if you did place that order at 2am when less than sober.  That is down to you; we’ve all been there.
