Welcome to Scarlet Wines ....

Scarlet Wines is an independent wine merchant, deli and cafe based at The Old Forge, Lelant just outside of  St Ives.  

 We are open 7 days a week:  

       9am to 6pm - Monday to Wednesday

       9am to late - Thursday to Sunday

We serve great coffees, breakfasts and lunches every day with an exciting Tapas menu on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

The wines on our website are also available in our shop.  We have categorised our wines by style to make browsing easier. We believe our wines are great examples of each of these different styles. 

We favour Italy and France a little over the rest of the world, mainly because of the huge diversity that these countries offer. The rest of the world is represented too with some great New World wines.

Our deli stocks a great variety of foods, including Spanish foods plus a range of Cornish producers, many of which are based within just a few miles of Lelant.  

Scarlet Cafe is a great place to meet for a coffee and croissant, a light lunch and a glass of wine, or even a mid-afternoon slice of fruitcake and glass of Vin Santo!  Tables are all snugly set around our log-burner.  We also have lots of seating outside in our sheltered and sunny courtyard.
