Non-delivery / breakages

If your wines arrive damaged in any way, please contact us at sales@scarlet-wines.co.uk immediately and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or a complete refund. If your wine order does not turn up please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement order.
Sometimes we may have to substitute a wine of a later vintage or an alternative wine. The alternative will always be of greater or equal value to the original order.
We take complaints very seriously and will deal with them as soon as possible.

Age restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the person receiving the order they will ask for some form of ID. If this is not satisfied we instruct them not to leave the wine.

Scarlet Wines is fully committed to the Data Protection Act 1998, and is dedicated to the privacy of your information.

Security

The Scarlet-Wines database uses the latest in secure e-commerce software. This should give you the peace of mind that all the information you give us, including your Credit Card details, is secure and confidential. We will continue to keep our security protocols and software updated.
